Once upon a time, in a land far, far away from here, there was a young, beautiful princess going by the name of Heechul, although most people called him Cinderella. He was a very outgoing person, always in for a drink or a party. But Heechul’s parents did not approve of this, because he was, after all, their only heir and the one who would be leading the country after the King died. So after yet another one of those outrageous parties the princess had gone to, they decided they had no other choice but to keep Heechul inside of the castle, so that he would not do anything stupid again or get himself into trouble, like what happened more often.

In the times he had been going out, however, Heechul had of course made lots of friends, and the moment they heard about Heechul being locked inside the castle – although people didn’t use that kind of to-the-point wording for it – they decided to come up with a plan to help him escape. It took them two long nights filled with Soju and planning to work it out completely, but when they were finished, they immediately got to work.

The morning of the third day of Heechul’s ‘imprisonment’ one of his newfound friends, Siwon, had himself announced at the castle, letting the page tell everyone that he was a prince from a far away kingdom. King Ryeowook decided to listen to Siwon’s story, interested solely because there had been words of a prince from a rich kingdom who might possibly be interested in their own beautiful but way too outgoing Cinderella.

The moment Siwon stepped into the room, Heechul of course recognised his friend, but he managed to control his expression and not grin widely. Siwon winked at him, but then started his well thought-out speech about the kingdom far away and his father sending him out on a mission to find a princess worthy of marrying him and leading over the two kingdoms. Of course this idea appealed to King Ryeowook and also a little to Queen Jongwoon, because they had never thought anyone would ever want to marry their straightforward daughter.

So after a while of discussing and thinking over Siwon’s proposition, the King decided that it would never hurt for their daughter to see a part of the world and possibly learn some manners at the court of this very rich kingdom. So after everyone had lunch together and Siwon shared some made-up anecdotes about his youth with the King and Queen, Heechul was sent off in a carriage together with Siwon. The carriage was pulled by a beautiful, strong horse called Shindong.

They travelled for two nights and one day, before stopping in a neighbouring kingdom. There, all the princess’ other friends Kibum, Donghae and Kyuhyun, were waiting for her too and together they travelled across the world. After many days of travelling, they reached the kingdom of King Hangeng, where everyone spoke a language they did not understand, but the King was nice to them and he liked princess Heechul’s straightforwardness, so they were happy to stay there.

Siwon, Donghae and Kyuhyun soon started learning the new language, with help of King Hangeng’s daughters – princess Sungmin and princess Hyukjae – while Kibum quietly took up the life of a farmer. Princess Heechul, however, soon found herself too occupied with King Hangeng’s sons – prince Zhou Mi and prince Henry – to learn any language, but it didn’t really matter, because it was only after a few months that prince Zhou Mi asked princess Heechul to marry him. The picky princess agreed only when Zhou Mi promised to forever make her food and shop for very fashionable clothes with her, but after that the party was grand and King Hangeng bought them a dog called Jungsoo and a raccoon called Youngwoon for their wedding.

Princess Heechul then soon changed his name from Kim Heechul to Zhou Rella and they lived happily ever after in the kingdom of Amazing Youngsters.
